Never worry about hiring a separate hot tub cleaning company. Our staff is trained to clean and balance the chemicals or drain and refill, if necessary.
Propane Tank Exchange
Have a grill, fire pit, or outdoor heater? We will swap propane tanks during our cleaning so your guests never bother you over empties again!

Running a successful short term rental has never been easier, let’s take yours to the next level
- Wipe down all hard surfaces
- Strip all bed linens and replace
- Dust fan blades
- Vacuum + Mop floors
- Check in drawers and under beds
- Wash dishes and put away
- Visually inspect dishes and cutlery for smudges/stains
- Vacuum and spot clean all upholstery seating
- Fluff pillows/cushions
- Inspect all linens/furniture for stains
- Empty trash and replace liner
- Clean inside/outside of appliances including oven, fridge and microwave
- Clean coffee maker and ensure used coffee grounds are disposed
- Clean & sanitize toilet bowl and toilet base.

We have been Airbnb owners and hosts for years.
During this time, we grew frustrated with the shortcomings of traditional Airbnb cleaning companies. These issues included inconsistent documentation of the unit’s cleanliness, refusal to swap propane tanks, lack of expertise in cleaning and balancing hot tub chemicals, and failure to keep consumables stocked.
Tired of these hassles, we decided to address these problems ourselves, leading to the creation of the San Diego Short Term Rental Cleaning company. Our primary goal is to solve these issues for you, allowing you to focus on maximizing revenue instead of managing multiple vendors and their schedules. We bring it all in house to make your life easier.
